Message: Attend the Ryder Technical Institute, and avoid becoming a Last Known Photograph

Yes, for a while you could not only get a giant yellow truck from Ryder, but vocational training as well. Whether the Ryder Technical Institute was a finer home of higher learning than, say, International Correspondence Schools — well, that’s a question for greater capped and gowned minds than this one. But hopefully Ryder helped prevent its students from being profiled on shows like Unsolved Mysteries, with grainy, blurry photographs like the one seen above as the last testament to their putative existence.
