The final Captain America: Civil War trailer gives away the store, but who cares
March 10, 2016
It’s like John Romita the Elder drew the trailer’s stinger himself. Would it have been nice to see this for the first time in a theater? Yes. But the entrance is superb nonetheless.
And Spider-Man’s contracting eye-slits? I like them, I guess?

I was thinking the same thing. Spidey looks just like Romita Sr. drew him. I will take this a good omen, in these, the days of “gritty, realistic” heroes.
And if Spidey gets a movie again, please Lord no long origin stories. A couple flashbacks will suffice.
My votes for villains? The Vulture, Shocker, and Kraven!
“Everybody gets one.”
I know Spidey’s had five movies and a reboot already, among aaaaall the other superhero movies of the last decade and a bit, but there’s just something about seeing him back as a… Marvel keystone, or something, with all those other guys, that gets my inner nerdy kid jumping up and down. (Before sitting down and panting, because he’s a fat little geek)
