Han Solo’s green shirt! Obi-Wan Kenobi’s red robe! Darth Vader’s green lightsaber!

The iconography of Star Wars characters has so tattooed itself onto the pop consciousness, it’s hard to remember when their every facet wasn’t internalized by all levels of the marketing machine. But yes, there was such a time. The above ad, from 1978, somehow featured green lightsabers, odd clothing hues for certain key personae and “Princess Organa,” which wasn’t uttered a whole lot onscreen. What would one day be sacrilege then rated little more than a “whatever.”
As whoever was responsible for the coloring might have said: Let the Force be with you!
