You know, it’s really more of a lateral move.

So if you’re upset with the bag of bones scrawniness of your physique, and the confrontational Charles Atlas sand-in-the-face pitch isn’t your cup of tea, then by all means go with the Joe Weider shake. And by all means take a picture of yourself two weeks later at a slightly different angle with more menacing lighting that makes you look like a young, shirtless John Dillinger.

    I was a skinny kid, and I found working out helped me bulk out of my skinny frame.
    Then I discovered beer, and it kinda got outta hand.
