Would Tony Hawk be caught dead shredding on this?

Is a wood-grain skateboard a good thing? Does it have a “back to basics” authenticity about it? Just wondering, because to me it calls to mind wood-panelled station wagons, trips to Costco, picking up the kids from soccer practice, and Mom jeans.
