At first I thought both halves of this pitch for the marvelous old digests were odd. Then I saw the “December” and the Santa hands and realized that the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer side was kosher (can I use that?). But I’m not about the wisdom of having Jonah Hex as the other character leading the marketing charge. I guess it breaks up the Superman/Batman monotony, but still…

Are you kidding? Nothing captures the true spirit of Christmas like a disfigured bounty hunter who brings death wherever he goes. It’s the perfect stocking stuffer, at least until Warren does Creepy or Eerie magazines in digest-size.
What I’m wondering is why both of these look fatter than my new Simonson Thor Omnibus!
They do look thick, don’t they? Like one of those thicker-than-it-is-wide paperbacks of the The Stand.
